Goal 1: The faculty and staff of the Conotton Valley Schools will strive daily to create a climate where all stakeholders are valued and respected, where the culture is rooted in honesty and trust, and where the development of strong, personal relationships is foundational to our work and success.

Goal 2: For the 2022-23 academic year, the Conotton Valley Union Local School District will attain a Performance Index of 70+ on the Ohio State Report Card.
